Delivery times are estimates and may vary with location, weather, and courier availability.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL. For orders outside Nepal, shipping is calculated on DHL rates for your destination and weight, and billed separately after your order is placed — so you always pay the true courier cost, nothing more.
- Typical DHL transit: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
- Full tracking is provided for every international parcel.

Shipping Protection
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches you. In the rare event that:

- • Items arrive damaged
- • There's a shipping delay beyond our control
We will either reship your order or provide a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any shipping-related issues.
