• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are representative; slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen settings.
• Handmade goods carry natural variation in weave, grain, and tone — this is a mark of craft, not a defect.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept payment via HBL Connect (debit/credit card, mobile banking) and QR payment confirmed over WhatsApp.

• Delivery is free anywhere in Nepal. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.
• Orders outside Nepal are shipped via DHL, with shipping billed separately after the order is placed.
